What you’ll do

  • ✓Design and simulate LED driver / SMPS circuits and control boards
  • ✓Lay out PCBs optimised for thermal performance and EMC
  • ✓Take designs from prototype through pilot runs to volume production
  • ✓Work with QA on LM-79, EMC and IEC safety compliance

What you bring

  • ✓BE / BSc in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
  • ✓3+ years in power electronics or LED driver design
  • ✓Hands-on with Altium or KiCad and bench instrumentation
  • ✓Working knowledge of EMC, thermal derating and IEC safety

  • ✓CAD design of extruded / die-cast housings and heat sinks

What you’ll do

  • ✓Supervise SMT and manual-assembly shifts and manpower
  • ✓Hit daily output and first-pass-yield targets
  • ✓Enforce ESD, QC and safety procedures on the floor
  • ✓Coordinate with planning, stores and maintenance
