- CFL lamps are bulky – If you’re trying to fit a CFL into a regular fitting, such as the GU10 found in the kitchen or average bathroom, they come out ugly. LED lamps, however, are the same size as a regular halogen lamp, perfectly fitting to your average fixture to give a professional finished look.
- CFL lamps contain mercury and phosphorus, making them difficult to safely dispose of – LEDs contain no hazardous chemicals and are therefore easy and safe to dispose of and are fully recyclable
I don’t want to have to replace all my electrical appliances and fixtures.
